Master Resell Rights (MRR) is a type of license that allows individuals to not only sell a product but also to pass on the rights to resell that product to others. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

The original creator of the product (which could be digital content like eBooks, courses, software, etc.) retains ownership and grants MRR to others. This license allows resellers to sell the product and keep 100% of the profits.

Important Terms & Conditions and Distribution Rights:

Retail Price: Inner Bloom must be marketed at a minimum retail price of $97 USD. It cannot be offered for free. To convert this to your local currency, use a currency converter based on the $97 USD price.

Selling Restrictions: You may not list Inner Bloom on your StanStore or any other selling platform for less than $97 USD, nor can you provide coupon codes that reduce the price below this amount. Promotional offers in the form of gift cards, cash, or reimbursements are also prohibited. These actions will result in an instant ban.

Bonuses: You can enhance your offering by including your own digital products or one-on-one calls to showcase your unique value and personality. However, please note:• Inner Bloom cannot be given as a free bonus, free gift, or included at no cost in any other product bundle.• Inner Bloom must be sold for a minimum of $97.For example, if you want to bundle Inner Bloom with another product priced at $100, you would either:• Charge a total of $197 for the bundle,• Discount the other product, keeping Inner Bloom at $97. Essentially, Inner Bloom must be listed at a minimum price of $97, while the other product’s price can be adjusted according to its terms.

Membership Sites: Inner Bloom access can be included in paid membership sites, but it must not be sold for less than $97. No content can be removed or uploaded elsewhere; the membership only grants access rights to the content.

Using Inner Bloom Logo: You cannot use Inner Bloom's logo, brand, or name to sell your own products, including clothing or other merchandise. The rights granted are solely for selling access to the Academy.

Promotion Restrictions: You may not display, promote, or sell Inner Bloom products on websites primarily designed for earning affiliate commissions, nor can you use Inner Bloom content or branding in any way that implies a partnership or endorsement without explicit written consent from Inner Bloom. You also cannot sell any marketing materials related to Inner Bloom.

Auction Sites: You are prohibited from selling Inner Bloom on auction sites such as eBay.

Dime Sales & Competitions: You cannot use or sell this product in a dime sale event or offer Inner Bloom in a raffle or competition, as this is solely permitted by the creator to ensure fair participation for all.

Video Content: Videos may not be modified in any way or uploaded to other hosts. You cannot dismantle or download any video or audio content for separate sale.

Content Sharing: Content within the platform is not to be shared outside of the platform, with the exception of the eBooks available in the content vault.

Non-Transferability: The rights granted to you for selling access to Inner Bloom are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer these rights to another individual or entity.

Content Modification: You cannot alter or modify the content provided within Inner Bloom. This includes, but is not limited to, changing any text, images, or multimedia elements without prior consent.

Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing and selling practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws and advertising standards.

Setting Up Inner Bloom as a Business: You are responsible for setting up Inner Bloom as a business in compliance with the legislation and laws in your country. This is not the responsibility of Inner Bloom, and you are encouraged to conduct your own research regarding legal requirements.

Termination of Rights: Inner Bloom reserves the right to revoke access and sales rights if you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions. In such cases, you will be required to cease all use of Inner Bloom content and materials immediately.

Feedback and Reporting: You are encouraged to provide feedback on your experiences with Inner Bloom. If you encounter any violations of these terms by other members, please report them to Inner Bloom administration for review.

Limitations of Liability: Inner Bloom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the services provided.

Confidentiality: All materials and content provided within Inner Bloom are confidential. You may not disclose, reproduce, or distribute this content outside of the specified usage rights.

Amendments to Terms: Inner Bloom reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be addressed through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with the laws applicable to Inner Bloom.
